Simple tip to find what you're looking for

When you're looking for a specific thing start with a broad search first. For example say you want to know how to find a "diagnosis" for your symptoms. Instead of just typing them into a search engine - search for "medical advice" or go to a major website like webmd.com and then do your search within that page.

Actually for this example I happen to have a really good site you can check out it's called Wrong Diagnosis (funny title - but it lets you select multiple symptoms and search for what you may have)
